Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to raise a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused.To start a return, contact us using our contact form here, please provide the reason for your return, your original order number and the name associated with the order.

Once received we will contact you within 24 - 48 hours with the next steps. Please note, we are unable to accept returns for sale items and items sent back to us without an initial notification/request will not be accepted and returned to sender.

We do not offer a pre paid return service. Return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer. The return postage should only be sent via a fully tracked and insured service with suitable insurance cover. Please ensure the postage has suitable insurance cover as the responsibility of the postage lies with the customer to ensure a safe return. We, at Keeper jewellery, are not responsible or liable should the parcel go missing.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. Please note, the only reason a return would not be accepted is if the item has been visibly worn or damaged by the customer. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us here or via our contact form here.

Damages and issues

We thoroughly inspect all pieces and orders before dispatch. If, in the unfortunate event, your item arrives faulty or damaged (firstly, we're sorry!) please let us know immediately so we can assist you. If we are unable to replace the item with a suitable alternative, we will of course issue you a refund. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure your exchange is to make a separate purchase once your return is confirmed. Your refund will arrive in your account within 10 business days.
